This busy role will see you working closely with the Administration team, and Senior Managers overseeing the admin’s daily operational activities to ensure everything runs smoothly, by implementing the daily operational activities of the team, including record keeping, data entry, invoicing and to make sure the RTO is compliant at all times. The holder of the position will be responsible for, but not limited to; • Assist senior manager and oversee the administration teams’ daily operational activities and ensure they run smoothly • Manage invoicing and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner • Achieve organisational objectives, targets and KPIs as directed • Ensure administration team achieves organisational objectives, targets, KPI’s and reporting requirements • Identify and assist with the administration teams opportunities for continuous improvements and required training • Tasks associated with programs such as Smart and Skilled, C3G, Higher Level Skills, QLD User Choice and VTG including, claims/withdrawals, matrixes and reporting, liaison with clients/AGT and evaluation surveys. • Create class training events/ courses • Approve certificates and maintain certificate register • Manage invoicing and credit notes in an accurate and timely manner • Assist in ensuring that our RTO complies with the standards which are set by the relevant governing bodies, and that we are ready for audit at any time. Keep up-to-date with any VET industry changes. Assist with an external audit annually • Be first point of contact for all internal teams in regards to administrational troubleshooting and decision making • Manage student grievances and resolving them where possible/escalating them when required • Manage the data integrity of the RTO systems • As appropriate engage with external stakeholders to build strong, long-term relationships and to promote the growth of our RTO Requirements: To be the successful candidate your experience in a similar role within an RTO will see you demonstrate: • A sound knowledge of the VET sector • Knowledge and skills for maintaining compliance • Student management and AVETMISS system knowledge • Oral and written communication skills including emails, telephone calls and correspondence • Time management and organisational skills • Ability to maintain strong relationships • Ability to adapt to change and manage complex systems • Experience in managing Administration teams • Certificate IV TAE What's in it for you? • Autonomy in the role (no micro-management) • Great opportunity to join a progressive RTO
