Course Developer / Assessor Are you passionate about training and want to be a part of something that is changing the industry? If you answered yes, you may be the ideal candidate for the position of Course Developer/Assessor at World Learning Centre. For this role, you will be responsible to: Develop courses for allocated clients in line with the course development procedures i.e. writing, customising and mapping of learning and assessments materials to align with workplace practices and unit frameworks. Manage the assessing and student engagement required for allocated clients i.e. marking of assessments, relationship management, participate in team meetings, industry consultation meetings, and assessment validation and moderation meetings. We are excited to expand our development team and offer this great opportunity for the right person to own the role. You will be able to take it to the next level as our team will be going through rapid growth and expansion over the next 12 months. Essential skills, abilities & experience: TAE40110 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. Qualification or equivalent experience in the Hospitality Industry. Experience working with development of courses inline with the AQTF. Experience working with an online learning program, LMS or even better the World Manager® platform. Tech Savvy with Advanced word, powerpoint, office, excel skills. Passion for the learning & development of people. Good communication, literacy and numeracy skills. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Desirable skills, abilities & experience: An understanding of the Vocational Education Training Framework and compliance standards. Familiar with social media applications and mobile technology. Good planning and organising skills. Ability to analyse and solve problems. Enthusiasm, innovation and a good sense of humour.
